Individual Counseling is one of the most common forms of counseling service provided, as it allows for individuals to receive personalized and focused support from the counselor. In individual counseling, the counselor comes alongside the client to work together towards the client’s personal goals for healing and growth.

Cost: $120 per 50 minute session

Couples Counseling

Couple’s Counseling aims to help couples navigate relational challenges, enhance communication with each other, and work towards the overall well-being of the relationship. Whereas in Individual Counseling the individuals are the primary focus, in Couple’s Counseling focus is directed towards the couple’s relationship.

Cost: $150 per 50 minute session

Therapeutically Applied Dungeons and Dragons Group

Group counseling utilizes the power of community to allow for clients to experience mutual support from others who may be experiencing similar life challenges, to potentially receive different perspectives on situations from different group members, and to pay less for counseling services as the cost is shared among group members.

More specifically, I like to utilize table-top roleplaying games, like Dungeons and Dragons, as a tool to inspire growth while also having fun! Group members will be empowered to practice teamwork, problem solving, and social skills by rolling dice, fighting monsters, solving puzzles, and building community with each other. This experiential group therapy method can also be utilized when working with family systems or sibling groups as well! Cost per Group Member: $60 per 90 minute session

Cost per Family: $180 per 90 minute session

Play Therapy

In adult counseling, therapy relies on spoken language to share internal processes and communicate insights gained. Instead of using spoken language, children use the universal language of play. Through Play Therapy, the counselor provides an unconditionally supporting space where the child can engage in play to help explore, experience, and express their thoughts and emotions.
